Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session or incurring a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibilities

Luxury Fitness and its independent contractors, including personal trainers, massage therapists, and registered dietitians, are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from the use of our services, provided that all reasonable precautions and care have been taken during the sessions. By booking services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with personal training, massage therapy, and dietitian consultations.
You agree to release Luxury Fitness and its independent contractors from any claims arising from your participation in these services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
