Our certified professionals are dedicated to guiding you on your fitness journey, wherever it’s most convenient—whether at your residence, a local gym, or an outdoor location. We tailor our services to fit your lifestyle, helping you achieve your health, fitness, and overall wellness goals.
  • What should i expect from the free consultation?
    Once your dedicated trainer arrives at your desired training location, you will start with a brief discussion to understand your fitness goals, current health status, and any previous experience with personal training or exercise. Your trainer will then conduct a basic fitness evaluation to gauge your current fitness level, followed by a tailored workout that may include simple exercises to assess your strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health. Afterward, your trainer will go over our program options, recommending the best one for you.
  • After the free consultation, what is the next step?
    After completing your consultation, we will reach out to discuss your program options in depth. Once we finalize the perfect program for you, you'll complete any remaining paperwork. From there, all that's left is scheduling your first session.
  • What program durations do you offer?
    We offer three program durations to suit your needs. Our month-to-month program is ideal for kickstarting your fitness journey and building a strong foundation. The 6-month program is perfect for seeing substantial progress and achieving lasting results. For those looking for significant transformation and long-term commitment, our 12-month program provides the best value.
  • What are your rates?
    Our rates vary depending on the package and level of personalization that best suits your needs. We offer a range of options, from in-home personal training to dietician consultations and massage therapy, each tailored specifically to help you achieve your goals. Because of this customization, it's difficult to provide a one-size-fits-all rate. We’d be happy to discuss your specific needs and find the perfect package for you.
  • Do you offer any payment plans or financing options?
    We only accept payment in full for our programs.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    You may cancel your agreement upon completing your initial program. If you choose to cancel before completing the initial agreement, you will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance for any unused personal training sessions, in-home massage sessions, and dietician meal plans/consultations.
  • How long do i have to complete all sessions?
    We understand that travel and unexpected circumstances can impact your consistency. To offer flexibility, we allow up to 6 months to complete the 3-month program, up to 12 months for the 6-month program, and up to 18 months for the 12-month program. These extended timeframes help accommodate busy schedules and unforeseen events, reducing stress and helping you stay on track.
  • Can i choose my trainer?
    Yes, you can choose your trainer based on availability and your specific preferences. During the initial consultation, we'll discuss your preferences and match you with a trainer who best fits your needs. If you have a preference for a particular trainer, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • What is your policy on trainer qualifications and experience?
    Our team of professionals, including personal trainers, dieticians, and massage therapists, are highly qualified, holding relevant certifications and extensive experience in their respective fields. Each member undergoes comprehensive background checks to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Additionally, all our specialists are covered by liability insurance, providing an extra layer of protection during your sessions. We prioritize professionalism and security across all our services to deliver exceptional and safe wellness experiences.
  • What if i do not like my assigned trainer?
    If you are not satisfied with your assigned trainer, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to understand your preferences and find a different trainer who better suits your needs. Your satisfaction and progress are important to us, and we are committed to ensuring you have a positive training experience.
  • What happens if my trainer is unavailable?
    If your trainer is unavailable, the session will not be counted as used, and you can reschedule it at a convenient time.
  • Can I add an extra person to my training program?
    You can join our program with a significant other for a shared wellness experience. We offer couples personal training, massages, and dietician consultations, allowing both of you to work towards your health and fitness goals together. Whether you’re looking to train side by side, enjoy a relaxing massage, or receive joint nutritional guidance, our services are designed to support your journey as a team.
  • Do i need to have any equipment?
    Our trainers and massage therapists arrive fully equipped with everything needed to ensure a comprehensive and effective session.
