Each of our programs is a 12-week private fitness experience designed to transform your body and lifestyle from the comfort of your home. Whether you choose the Essential, Elite, or Executive tier, you’ll receive structured personal training, progress tracking, and concierge-level support tailored to your goals, schedule, and preferences.
The Finish Strong Guarantee: If you complete every session and follow your plan — but don’t feel the transformation you expected by Week 12 — we’ll continue coaching you for 6 additional weeks at no extra cost.
Executive: Complete all 36 training sessions, 3 elite recovery massages, all 3 private nutrition consultations, and follow your plan. Still not where you expected to be come the end of your program? We’ll give you 6 more weeks of the full program — including massage, nutrition, and personal training.
